New Summer Menu

Summer in Missoula is right around the corner and we have updated our menu in preparation for this gorgeous time of year. Don’t worry, we still offer the classics like our world class double-patty smashburger (best burger in town, seriously), the enduring favorite brussels sprouts, our chef’s favorite Hawaiian street food island plate, the new and beloved steak bite fondue, blackened shrimp tacos, Mt. Jumbo nachos, and mouth-watering wings just to name a few.

We added a handful of new items for the summer:

-Rancher’s Plate |A daily preparation of locally procured meat ranging from perfectly prepared steak to locally sourced elk and game.

-Pier 7 | Our chef’s daily preparation of fresh seafood will include salmon, steelhead, ahi, halibut… whatever fresh and delicious fish we can get our hands on.

-Spicy Ahi Tuna Bowl | Our delectable ahi tuna appetizer has become a poke bowl style entrée featuring the same delicious sashimi grade tuna with sticky rice, wasabi aioli, cucumber, avocado, garlic chips, and unagi sauce.

-Aguachile | Our newest appetizer is a bright, fresh addition to the menu, perfect for summer and consisting of poached shrimp, mango habanero sauce, red onion, cucumber, frisée, radish and orange.

-Bird is the Word | An excellent example of the classic Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with garlic aioli, pickled veg, and frisée on a brioche bun.

We are especially excited about our rotating fish and meat selections as it allows our chefs to keep things fresh and new while taking advantage of the many fantastic locally-sourced options here in Montana and the Pacific Northwest.
